What this survey is about
The MyLearningCompanion survey has two integrated parts:
1. L&D maturity of your organisation (≈ 40%)
A concise Strategic Learning Maturity Assessment that looks at how your learning organisation performs today across key dimensions such as strategy, workflow integration, coaching/personalisation, social learning, technology, culture and the 5 Moments of Need.
This gives you a structured picture of where your Learning & Development is strong, where there is friction, and how ready you are for more digital and AI-enabled solutions.
2. Market intelligence on needs & expectations (≈ 60%)
A deeper set of questions about pain points, unmet needs and expectations regarding learning, performance support and AI in your organisation:
- Where learning fails to reach the workflow or support key moments of need
- How much “search tax” there is – time wasted looking for answers
- How employees experience coaching, feedback and personalisation today
- Openness to AI-powered learning companions and perceived barriers
These insights help us explore if – and how – a future MyLearningCompanion platform could create value for organisations like yours.

We invite multiple perspectives from inside your organisation. You may see slightly different question sets depending on your role:
