3. AI-Personalized Transfer Index
We calculate an AI-Personalized Transfer Index (APTI) that summarises how well human coaching, social learning and AI help people use what they learn in the workflow.
4. Debrief & next steps
You receive a short report and debrief with concrete 12–18 month priorities and ideas for AI-enabled learning pilots in your own Learning Ecosystem.
